Arundel Mandible Cage
While perusing the latest photos of our local boys Cam and Trav Meyers complete domination of the national road and time trial, I noticed that they and the entire Garmin Transitions team use Arundel bidon cages. The Arundel Mandible has been the cage of choice here at Bespoke since day one.
It is not your run of the mill cookie cutter cage. The most striking aspect of the Mandible is how slender and well formed the entire structure is. Arundel have cleverly employed a structural foam core, which although being very lightweight , allows them to add a certain amount of bulk to the jaws. This helps guide the bottle into location and gives a very firm grip. I’ve never had to take my eyes off the road to remove or replace a bottle and even on the mountain bike they have never spontaneously ejected.
A very well thought out and beautifully executed design that will bring some carbon class to any bike.
